Cancel an order

You can proceed with the cancellation by contacting Customer Service at info@overal.eu within 24 hours of the order itself, stating that you wish to cancel it.

The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you immediately.

Return a product

Products can be replaced or refunded.

You have 10 working days, starting from the receipt of your package, to inform us of your intention to send back one or more products, plus another 10 working days from our confirmation to send back the item. If the return is madeafter this deadline, the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

To ship the product you wish to return, choose a packaging in accordance with or re-use the original carton, attaching the invoice.

Send the package via a courier of your choice to the following address:

Overal Srl, Via delle Georgiche 9 00155, Roma – Italia

If the reason for return is caused by our mistake, after verification by our Customer Service, we will send you our trusted courier that will allow you to send back the products without paying the shipping costs.

In other cases, the costs and risks related to the return of the products are borne by the customer.

The repayment terms

After the Customer Service has accepted the refund, the same will take place within 2 – 8 working days, depending on the payment method used.
